You get to instantly preview the way a selected icon will appear in place and to make things even more comfortable for you there is a convenient search box as well – just start typing what you need and the Icons extension will narrow down the list of available icons proposing you some matching your search to pick up from – as easy as that.
You can eventually add an active hyperlink to an icon element making it clickable and leading your visitors to a specific position in your project. Enjoy the vast library of more than six thousand icons covering most of the popular icon web fonts and have them included in your projects and serving your design instantly without having to use a single character of code.
All the thousands of icons available in the Icons Extension for Mobirise Mobile Web Builder are freely customizable in size, and color. You can also take advantage of the built in Auto size option in order your icons to follow the predefined in block rules for obtaining consistent appearance with no effort at all.
Do note – at some blocks there is an option for icons color in the Block Parameters panel as well – if you use this option you will change the color of all the icon elements inside that block.
The Icons Extension is flexible enough and using it you can overwrite this global block setting assigning some colors of your taste.
Reverting this is easy – if you decide you need all the icons in a specific block to be handled by the Block Parameters panel – just make sure you have selected the No color option for them – the square X button in the top right corner of the Color Picker palette inside the Icons Dialog box.
